 Suarez clearly stands on his marker's left foot resulting in the defender falling to ground. Abdennour was admittedly quick to go down following the incident.

 Suarez then somehow just loses his balance and crashes down onto the defender to complete the tussle.
 
 The Uruguayan looks up from the pitch to reflect on what he may have caused to the Valencia defender's leg.
