amatta enjoyed a fine year with TP Mazembe. He helped his club reach the Semi finals of the CAF Champions league where they were eliminated by ES Setif the eventual winners

“I am happy to be nominated for the Goal Player of the year award for this year, I believe I will win due to the great things I have done this year”, Samatta said confidently
Samatta further said that if he wins the award then he believes his ambition of playing in Europe will come true because Goal is a big network which is used by many people worldwide.
Samatta has also congratulated his fellow nominees in the awards, saying they are good players who also deserve to win.
Samatta enjoyed a fine year with TP Mazembe. He helped his club reach the Semi finals of the CAF Champions league where they were eliminated by ES Setif the eventual winners of the competition. Mbwana was TP Mzembe’s best scorer last season where his goals helped TP Mazembe win the league with 13 goals.
